The Australian design studio Articolo Studios – internationally recognized for its contemporary, artisanal lighting – is taking its first departure from lighting with the inaugural furniture line: Articolo Home. Debuting during Milan Design Week with a Brera District exhibition designed by longtime collaborator Studio Goss, the two-level gallery space will envelop visitors into Articolo’s material world with high-gloss and mirrored platforms, pressed concrete walls, and metal accents to highlight the refined furnishings. Showcasing four capsule table collections – Cuff, Flare, Fin, and Slip – inspired by Italian atelier apparel design, Articolo Home sets the tone with artisanal excellence and enduring materiality to create quietly luxurious home pieces for the everyday. Available in various shapes, heights, and materials (including metal, wood, leather, and stone) the furniture smalls harmonize Australian contemporary minimalism with European sensibilities.
