One, Two, Many

On the occasion of Milano Design Week, Movimento Gallery presents One, Two, Many, a group exhibition bringing together the work of seven Italian and international designers: Corpus Studio, LC Atelier, Felix Millory, Nemeesi, Chris Shao, Tipstudio and Ju Wang. On view at Via Giacosa 37 in Milan, the exhibition invites each participant to create an original work engaging with a shared material language: a metallic-looking finish developed specifically by the gallery. Applied by hand through a liquid metallic coating process, the finish creates a continuous, lightly reflective surface that resembles solidified metal and shifts subtly with light and texture. Framed by an immersive installation in line with Movimento Gallery’s distinct visual language, the exhibition is accompanied by a critical text by Federica Sala and a site-specific sound intervention by Hidden Mountain, with each designer exploring the possibilities of one finish, optionally paired with one other material, within a collective yet highly individual presentation.
