In collaboration with Maison Ruinart, Sophie Kitching will present a limited-edition series of works through the upcycling of the Second Skin cases that wrap Ruinart Champagne bottles. Created to encourage the collection and recycling of Second Skin cases, the artist transforms the light paper cover made from natural wood fibers into unique multiple hand-crafted coasters inspired by nature.

In addition, the artist will reveal a series of Second Skin Magnum cases that are adorned with Japanese watercolor and gold leaf accents. The limited-edition magnums of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Ruinart Rosé reimagined by Sophie Kitching echo the artist’s works exhibited at Maison 1729 and are exclusively available in the United States. Email maison1729@moethennessy.com for purchase inquiries.
