On occasion of the upcoming edition of ZONAMACO, the international contemporary art fair that takes place in Mexico City in February 2024, UNNO Gallery presents "Hacer, Para No Ser" by C. S. Nuñez.
The artist imagines a lush environment with tall, interconnected pillars swaying subtly as if touched by a breeze. The branches creating an intricate aerial maze that human-monkeys can use to move around within their imagination. The exhibition unfolds from the monkey sanctuary, being the most powerful idea among the pieces to be exhibited.

About
UNNO Gallery
UNNO is the first digital design gallery of contemporary Latin American design, launched on February 2021. The creative idea behind this project - enabled by the kaleidoscopic synergy of Maria Dolores Uribe and Laura Abe Vettoretti, their founders - is to develop a new way of presenting Latin American art and design. All the pieces under UNNO gallery pay homage to Latin American culture: the coarse visual language inherited by their forefathers resulting in design pureness; the connection between time, space, and art, leading to pieces that speak of spatial and everlasting memories; historical, essential tremors and the perfection of executing pure poetry.
