R & Company is pleased to present Tree House, a new body of work by the Haas Brothers, on view April 8 through August 14, 2026. This latest body of work reflects a significant evolution in the artists' process, aesthetic, and expressive range, expanding earlier investigations into beading, while introducing new formal and material complexities. Each work in Tree House is handmade in California. Bronze elements are cast in Los Angeles, while glass components highlight the artisanal expertise behind the series. The sculptures incorporate Venetian glass beads dating from approximately 50 to 100 years ago, adding layers of history, texture, and ornament. Across media, the Haas Brothers remain hands-on, treating design as a medium for empathy and emotional connection.
