The SCENE OUVERTE Gallery, newly established at 72 rue Mazarine, in the heart of the gallery district of Saint Germain des Prés in Paris, presents art furniture and ceramics, in unique pieces or limited edition. The gallery creates the link between contemporary creation and the absolute requirement of realization of the greatest craft. It defends above all the rarity and the excellence. Being both an artist and a collector, Laurence Bonnel brings together, in a creative impulse, unique pieces by artists, or in very limited editions of 8 copies maximum, such as sculptures. The artists represented realize these works especially for the gallery, they can also realize works on order. The desire for Bonnel to open the gallery was born from the desire to share her vision of contemporary creation, without putting barriers, to be able to present art as well as functional sculptures/collectible design, without constraint or restriction. Bonnel chooses artists whose work and personality touch her. Their exceptional and unique creations illustrate Bonnel's passion for craftsmanship.
