Silver + Form is a new exhibition and fair, set to take place at the stunning Turner Contemporary Art Gallery in Margate. This exclusive event, running from October 19th to 20th, 2024, will showcase a captivating collection of contemporary jewellery, silverware, objets d'art, and sculptures crafted by some of the most talented silversmiths and metalsmiths in the UK.
Silver + Form was founded by Anja Hessler, a Ramsgate-based artist known for her contemporary mobile sculptures, and Nessa Warner, a designer of fine silver and gold jewellery. The event was conceived out of a shared passion for creativity and craftsmanship, with the goal of providing a platform that highlights the diversity and excellence of contemporary jewellery and metalwork.

Turner Contemporary
Since Turner Contemporary opened its doors in Margate in 2011, it has been a place for artistic exploration and discovery. Built on the site of the boarding house where JMW Turner stayed during his visits to Margate, the gallery is inspired by the life and work of the celebrated artist, who found inspiration in the town’s skies and light and believed in the power of art as an agent for change.
