Mirroring Dialogue, curated by Tione Trice for OF THE CLOTH, explores the interplay between artists working from diverse perspectives. Fresh from collaborating with Solange Knowles earlier this year, Trice’s exhibition at The Lavery features works by Myles Igwebuike, Darren Appiagyei, and textiles from artists within the African diaspora. The show reveals shared questions, emotions, and narratives that surface across distinct artistic approaches. Inviting viewers into a collective space where varied voices resonate, the exhibition highlights how art connects us beyond form, geography, and tradition, creating a rich dialogue of experiences that transcend boundaries and celebrate cultural intersections.

About
Brompton Design District
A platform where design is not only exhibited but experienced, BROMPTON DESIGN DISTRICT is London’s original design district. Established in 2006 by South Kensington Estates—whose heritage spans over two centuries—the District brings together a unique constellation of international design brands, independent retailers, pioneering cultural institutions, and celebrated local hospitality. Set within the world’s first cultural quarter, stretching from the V&A to Brompton Road, Brompton has continually redefined what a design district can be. Each year, during the London Design Festival, the District becomes a focal point for temporary exhibitions that challenge, inspire, and engage.
