Pairing product design with art, HagenHinderdael are an award-winning creative practice who
work at the intersect of sustainable design and innovative technology to create sculptural products
and immersive installations.
In a unique showcase at the Vorarlberger Architektur Institut in Dornbirn, Austria, visitors
are invited to an interactive display of bespoke elements pushing the boundaries of additive
manufacturing and sustainable design. The show introduces 3D printing as an innovative family
of technologies that translates any complex three-dimensional design into physical reality. It
can establish an effective methodology for the afterlife of discarded materials, by using a fully
recycled and traceable input, making 3D printing sustainable.
As part of the display, HagenHinderdael will be launching their new product Contour, made in collaboration with Austrian 3D print specialist Concrete 3D.
